Pink salmon is a rather fatty fish, so it goes wonderfully with light side dishes. For example, I suggest baking it in the oven with broccoli inflorescences. It turns out to be a very satisfying, healthy and at the same time dietary dish that can be given even to children. If you like broccoli to be softer, slightly boil it before that.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 800 g
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub a piece of pink salmon with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oil and put it in a mold or on parchment.
Arrange the broccoli inflorescences around and sprinkle all the oregano.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and another 10-15 without it.
