- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Chili pepper (or habanero) – 2 pieces
- Mango (large) – 1 piece
- Carrots - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 50 ml
- Brown Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, carrots, peeled onions, garlic, mango and chili pepper.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.
Add carrots, onions, tomatoes, hot water, salt, sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add mango, chili pepper, pour vinegar and grind with a blender until smooth.
