- Garlic - 3 clove
- Ketchup - 50 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Starch - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the garlic and fry in oil for 30 seconds.
Add ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Mix it up.
Dilute the starch in a small amount of water.
Pour into the sauce and simmer it for a couple of minutes.
