Ingredients
- Cream - 200 ml
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground red pepper - 1 pinch
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the flour in butter until golden.
Pour in the cream, stirring constantly, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, boil the sauce for another minute and stir.
