Cheesecakes can be prepared for dessert, breakfast or dinner. Cottage cheese of any fat content will do, and if it has a bright sourness, it can always be corrected with sugar. If the cottage cheese is too dry, you can add sour cream or a little milk.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Flour (wheat) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the grainy cottage cheese into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, wheat flour.
Add a couple of egg yolks.
Mix all the ingredients. If at this stage you see that the curd mass is dry and crumbly, add sour cream for plasticity.
Form curd blanks with a diameter of about 7 cm and a thickness of a couple of cm .
Heat a frying pan well with vegetable oil. Fry the cheesecakes for 3 minutes on each side.
Put the cheesecakes on parchment and put them in a hot oven. Bring the dish to readiness after waiting 10 minutes.
Serve fragrant tender cheesecakes with sour cream or condensed milk, with berries or fruits.
