- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Lemon juice - 1 h.l .
- Food coloring - 2 drops
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the filling. Grind the nuts into powder and mix with nutella
Now prepare the mochi dough. Mix water, rice flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, citric acid and a few drops of dye. Put the dough in the microwave for 3 minutes, at full power. Remove and mix. If the dough is not ready, put it on for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with starch, put the dough on the table and roll the sausage. You need to form mochi until the dough has cooled down, constantly add starch.
Pinch off part of the dough, make a tortilla, put a little filling in the middle and roll a beautiful ball. Put all the balls on a tray and eat with tea.
