Carrot chips are easy to prepare. Especially if you have a special vegetable peeler to cut carrots into thin slices. There are a couple of tricks thanks to which you can bake a bright vegetable without losing color and taste.

Cut the carrots into very thin slices.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and drizzle with olive oil. Put the carrots in one layer and sprinkle with oil again.
Put the chips in the oven at 150 degrees. After 10-15 minutes, turn them over to the other side and dry for the same amount.
When the chips are cool, sprinkle them with chopped sea salt and rosemary.
