Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cut into large pieces.

Put in a saucepan with water, add salt and boil for 4-5 minutes from the moment of boiling.

Flip the cabbage into a colander and leave to drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the spices and remove from the heat after 10 seconds.

Put the cabbage in a deep bowl and pour the fragrant oil over it.

Add honey, garlic passed through the press, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
