Chicken roll is not the last place in my list of festive dishes. Only I don't buy it, but I cook it myself at home. The recipe cannot be called complicated, but a certain culinary experience will still be needed.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 kg
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 20 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into thick plates and beat it well.
Chop the greens, carrots and peeled onions.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the onion and carrot and fry until soft.
Add the greens and turn off the heat after 1 minute.
Layering on top of each other, put the chicken chops on the board.
Pepper, salt and lay out the roast. Spread evenly with a fork over the entire surface.
Roll up the roll and fix it with culinary threads.
Put the roll in a wide saucepan, add cold water, bay leaf and allspice. Boil for 40 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Remove the finished roll from the water, cool, free from threads and cut.
