I usually make such bruschettas on black or Borodino bread, which gives them a special charm. Prosciutto, nuts, cream cheese and prunes – it turns out a very unusual combination. And, oddly enough, an excellent snack for beer!
Ingredients
- Black Bread - 8 slices
- Prosciutto - 140 g
- Cream cheese - 160 g
- Walnuts - 1 handful
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Prunes - 100 g
- Arugula - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the prunes and chop them coarsely.
Chop nuts in a blender or coffee grinder, finely chop garlic and mix with cream cheese.
Arbitrarily slice the black bread, smear with cheese and lay out the prunes.
Put prosciutto slices on top and garnish with arugula.
