If you like pickled ginger, you can safely wrap it in the filling of rolls, and not just serve it separately. It goes perfectly with any ingredients, and this recipe with shrimp, salmon and crab sticks is a clear confirmation of that.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 120 g
- Water - 240 ml
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Nori - 6 sheets
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Pickled ginger - 40 g
- Salmon - 80 g
- Crab sticks (snow crab) – 4-6 pieces
- Shrimp - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the sushi rice according to the instructions and season with vinegar, salt and sugar. Leave to cool.
Beat the egg with flour until smooth, dip the shrimp in the batter and fry.
Cut crab sticks, avocado and fish into medium slices.
Cut two nori leaves in half. Put the whole filling together with ginger on each half and roll up small rolls.
Put rice on the remaining sheets of nori. Put the rolls with the filling on top, and wrap the mat all together.
Cut with a sharp knife slightly soaked in water.
