A very simple recipe for a fragrant summer snack. Broken cucumbers in Korean are cooked in a matter of minutes and are always eaten very quickly. You can supplement the recipe with chopped onions and fragrant herbs. I recommend trying it with cilantro and dill.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Soy sauce - 25 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Hot red pepper (flakes) – 0,5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the cucumbers in a tight bag and beat them well with a hammer.
Chop the vegetables and put them in a bowl.
Add spices, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, soy sauce and garlic passed through a press.
Stir, cover with cling film and remove the side for 15 minutes.
Put the broken cucumbers in Korean on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
