- Sweet potato - 300 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the sweet potato and cut into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, drizzle with oil, lay out the sweet potatoes and drizzle with oil again.
Sprinkle with spices.
Cook the chips in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes on each side.
