If you have switched to proper nutrition, you definitely need to add lean hummus to your diet. It takes a long time to prepare, but it's simple. In fairness, it's worth noting that most of the time it takes to cook chickpeas. The rest of the processes last a few minutes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pre-soak chickpeas for 4 hours in cold water.

Flip into a colander, rinse and fill with fresh water.

Cook chickpeas for 40 minutes on low heat.

Take a glass of broth, drain the rest of the liquid.

Put the chickpeas into the bowl of the combine, add the tahini, garlic passed through the press, a couple of tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, spices and salt. Grind until smooth.

Pour in the remaining broth, adjusting the density of the future snack. Turn on the blender for another 2 minutes.

Put the lean hummus in a plate and pour the remaining oil.
