- Watermelon - 2 kg
- Water - 1.2-1.5 l
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .

- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 4 teeth

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the watermelon thoroughly and cut into large slices – with or without the peel, as you like.
Put coarsely chopped celery, garlic, pepper and bay leaf on the bottom of a 3-liter jar.
