Put the canned chickpeas in a colander and leave for 5 minutes to drain all the liquid.

Put chickpeas, olive oil, tahini and half of ground paprika in a blender bowl. Grind until smooth.

Add lemon juice, salt and turn on the blender for another 2 minutes.

Put the hummus on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining paprika. Also, if desired, you can add herbs, lemon juice and oil.
