In the morning, when there is very little time, I cook sandwiches with cottage cheese for breakfast. The snack can be accompanied by strong coffee, fragrant tea or juice. Sometimes I add a little micro-greenery on top, but it's very tasty without it.

- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Bread - 4 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the curd cheese in a bowl.
Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Stir with a fork or mash with an immersion blender.
Spread cottage cheese on bread, put it on a plate and serve it on the table.
