Boil the beef until tender, remove and slice.
Add potatoes to boiling broth and cook for 7 minutes.
Add the chopped cabbage and cook for another 7 minutes.
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Send the roast and beef to the soup.
Season the soup and cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
