Ingredients
- Pork (collar) – 1 kg
- Champignons - 500 g
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.l .
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Mineral water (highly carbonated) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into small cubes and pour mineral water for 30 minutes.
Drain the water, squeeze the meat slightly.
Add spices, mustard powder, salt, sugar and butter. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Add whole champignons to a bowl of meat. Mix gently and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
Put the meat and mushrooms on different skewers and fry on the grill until cooked. Mushrooms will take 10 minutes, but pork will have to fry for about 20-25 minutes.
