One of my favorite summer casseroles, because the preparation of products takes literally five minutes. And it is also quite a healthy and dietary dish, despite the fact that there are potatoes and cheese. I advise you to take fresh broccoli.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Young potatoes - 500 g
- Mozzarella - 150 g
- Greenery - 5 twigs
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into plates, and divide the broccoli into inflorescences.
Put in a mold, add chopped herbs and garlic, season, drizzle with oil and mix.
Spread the mozzarella pieces on top and cook the casserole in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
