Omelet with tomatoes, cauliflower and cheese in the oven
Prepare an unusual omelet today. Add your favorite vegetables, cheese and the dish will not only taste better, but also healthier. I often cook with cauliflower. It is better to boil it a little beforehand, otherwise it will not have time to bake.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 7 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 60 g
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Milk - 120 ml
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
Put the cabbage in a colander and cool.
Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Grate the cheese.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, spices, milk and shake with a fork until smooth.
Add cauliflower, tomatoes, cheese and mix gently.
Lubricate the mold with oil, pour in the workpiece and cover with a double layer of foil.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, then carefully remove the foil and continue baking for another 5-7 minutes.
