Have you noticed that sometimes the chops turn out to be a little dry? This happens especially often with dietary poultry meat. To avoid this, use breadcrumbs. They seal the juice inside the chop, make it crispy and delicious!
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 1 kg
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 200 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and lightly beat off with a hammer on both sides.
Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix eggs with salt, ground pepper and shake with a fork until smooth.
Pour breadcrumbs on a separate plate.
Dip a piece of turkey in the egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs and put it in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Repeat the steps with the remaining pieces of meat.
Put the finished chops on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
