For such a pork roll, you will need several types of mustard at once. First of all, spicy and Dijon. But if there is something else - feel free to add! For example, sweet American or grainy with spices. Before cooking, be sure to let the roll soak.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1.5 kg
- Dijon mustard - 2 art.l.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Grainy mustard (dry) – 2 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 2 pinches
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Ground pink pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unwrap the pork in a thin layer, lightly chop it off and sprinkle with olive oil.
Mix all the dry spices and rub the meat. Brush the pork with all the mustard and sprinkle with rosemary.
Roll up a tight roll and tie it with twine. Roll it in spices and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Bake the roll in the oven at 160 degrees for about 2.5 hours.
