Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Red Fish (low salt) – 200 g
- Shrimp (boiled) – 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sauce (teriyaki) – 1 art.l.
- Nori - 3 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix boiled rice with vinegar and leave for 5 minutes.
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone.
Cut the avocado into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and peel off the shells.
Cut the red fish and sprinkle with sauce.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, lay out a sheet of nori with the shiny side down.
Add a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Put avocado, red fish and shrimp on one side with a strip.
Roll up a tight roll, helping yourself with a mat.
Cut into small pieces and serve.
