I love to cook blanks for the winter and one of my favorite recipes are chanterelles in butter. This delicacy can be served as an appetizer to alcoholic beverages or added to dishes to give a unique taste.
Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 1 kg
- Butter - 350 g
- Salt - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort and rinse the chanterelles.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the mushrooms and salt.
Bring to a boil and then cook over medium heat without a lid until the excess liquid evaporates.
When the oil becomes transparent, arrange the chanterelles in sterile jars and pour them over.
Roll up chanterelles for the winter.
