Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the meat in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut into thin slices and put in a bowl.
Add salt, spices, oil and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the pieces of meat.
Dry for 5-6 hours at a temperature of 90 degrees. From time to time, pieces of meat should be turned over.
