I don't remember a crunchy snack ever lingering on the table. I cook meat chips at home, so I add spices and salt to my taste. In addition, all the ingredients are natural, no preservatives and flavor enhancers.

Put the meat in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Cut into thin slices and put in a bowl.

Add salt, spices, oil and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the pieces of meat.

Dry for 5-6 hours at a temperature of 90 degrees. From time to time, pieces of meat should be turned over.
