One of the most original ways to use sprats is to make hot sandwiches out of them. You won't surprise anyone with ordinary ones, but there's definitely something new here. I have a very good recipe that I often use on holidays. Catch it!
Ingredients
- Bread - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 70 g
- Sprats - 1 bank
- Pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
- Greenery - 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the slices of bread on both sides.
Brush with mayonnaise and lay out the cucumber slices.
Lay out the sprats and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
You can sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Put the sandwiches in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
