I love stuffed eggs for the simplicity of cooking and versatility. This is a great snack for a festive table or just for family gatherings. I share my favorite recipe with Bulgarian pepper and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
- Champignons - 4 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1/3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l .
- Processed cheese - 40 g
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Gently boil and peel the eggs so that the whites remain intact.
Cut them in half, remove the yolks and mash with a fork.
Finely chop the mushrooms, fry until golden and season.
Chop the bell pepper and add it with mushrooms to the yolks.
Finely grate the processed cheese there, fill the filling with mayonnaise and stuff the proteins.
