Today we will cook fragrant peaches in their own juice. The most delicate delicacy will not leave your household indifferent and will complement any desserts. I advise you to use ripe, but dense fruits that will give enough juice and at the same time retain their shape.

- Peaches - 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the peaches, divide into halves, remove the seeds.
Tightly put the peach halves in pre-sterilized jars, layer by layer sprinkling with sugar (a layer of peaches - sugar, etc. to the top of the jar). Cover the jars with clean lids and leave in a cool place for 1 hour.
After the specified time, the peaches let in enough juice. Place the jars of fruits in a saucepan with water and sterilize for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils (the water in the pan should be “on the shoulders” of the jars).
After sterilization, roll up the jars, turn upside down and cool. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
