Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 800 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the rowan and pour boiling water for 5 minutes.
Pour boiling water over the lemon too and remove the bones.
Pass the rowan and lemon through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, bring to a boil and cook the jam for 30 minutes on low heat.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
