It's hard to find a more relaxing drink than melissa tea. A real concentrated relaxation in a cup! Melissa has soothing properties, and at the same time a delicate, as if citrus taste. I usually drink it before going to bed to calm down.
Ingredients
- Melissa - 3 tsp.
- Water - 400-500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over melissa.
Let the tea brew for 7 minutes under the lid.
Add honey or sugar if desired.
