Ingredients
- Bitter chocolate - 130 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Cream - 125 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water, cream and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Add the grated chocolate and cook until it dissolves over low heat.
Add spices to the sauce as desired.
