Any berries and their most diverse combinations are suitable for this recipe. Here you can fantasize, focusing only on your taste. It is better to prepare berry sauce for meat a couple of hours before serving. It should have time to cool down and brew well.
Ingredients
- Wild berries - 350 g
- Hot red pepper - half-string
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Cognac - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 h.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berries and rub through a sieve.
Peel the hot pepper from the seeds and grind in a blender.
Mix both blanks, add butter, sugar and salt. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add ground coriander, brandy and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
