Ingredients
- Egg yolks - 3 pieces
- Olive oil (cold pressed) – 150 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the yolks in a deep bowl.
Add salt and beat with a mixer at high speed for 4-5 minutes. The mass should turn slightly white.
Without stopping the mixer, pour the oil in a thin stream. It is important not to rush here, otherwise the mayonnaise will be stratified.
Pour in the lemon juice and whisk everything together for another 2 minutes.
