There are many variations of the popular American sauce, but they are all prepared on the basis of butter, vinegar and spicy additives. And you can't boil buffalo sauce. When the first bubbles appear, it should be immediately removed from the fire.
Ingredients
- Butter - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Tabasco - 2 drops
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Wine vinegar - 25 ml
- Brown sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
Add brown sugar, tomato paste, tabasco and soy sauce.
After 1 minute, add paprika, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Bring the sauce to a boil, remove from heat and pour in the vinegar.
Stir and serve immediately.
