Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Sugar - 100 g
- Onion - 125 g
- Salt - 15 g
- Starch - 1 art.l.
- Mustard powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes, chop with a blender along with the onion and boil over low heat for about half.
Rub the mass through a sieve. Add all the spices and bring the tomato to a boil.
Dilute the starch in a couple of tablespoons of water.
Pour into the ketchup, stirring.
Boil it to the desired density.
