I bring to your attention an excellent recipe for tomato sauce for cabbage rolls. Pour it over the finished dish or add it when stewing. I have tried both options and I can say with confidence that it is very tasty. Garlic can be excluded from the recipe, but it is definitely better with it.
Ingredients
- Tomato sauce - 150 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix tomato sauce, sour cream, water and salt.
Bring to a boil over low heat.
Add the garlic passed through the press and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
