Mixing different culinary traditions always gives an original result. For example, these are rolls with tomatoes and bacon. You can roll them into triangles or in a more traditional way – all this is done with the same bamboo mat.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 120 g
- Water - 240 ml
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Bacon - 4-8 slices
- Tomatoes (large) – 1 piece
- Philadelphia Cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions and season with vinegar, salt and sugar.
Cut the nori sheets in half and put a layer of rice on each. Press down and turn the rice upside down.
Put the tomato cubes and philadelphia on top, and roll the rolls with a mat.
Press all sides well. Spread thin slices of bacon on the rice and press everything again.
Cut the rolls with a sharp knife moistened with water.
