A festive table is a great occasion for culinary experiments and searches. If you like seafood dishes, then prepare a salad with octopus, vegetables and capers for the guests. Well, very tasty!
Ingredients
- Octopus (tentacles) – 350 g
- Yellow tomatoes - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Capers - 20 g
- Lemon - 1 slice
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the octopus tentacles, cover with cold water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Check the readiness by piercing the octopus with a fork.
Fold the tentacles into a colander and leave to drain for 3-5 minutes.
Cool and cut into small pieces.
Chop the cucumber, both types of tomatoes and parsley.
In a wide bowl, mix the octopus, cucumber, both types of tomatoes, parsley and capers.
Add ground pepper, salt, vinegar, olive oil and mix.
Put the salad on a nice plate and serve with a slice of lemon.
