Like other potato salads, this version with celery and egg will easily replace a full-fledged main dish. At the same time, it remains quite light and useful. Instead of dressing, you can use mayonnaise, but keep in mind that it will significantly add calories.
Ingredients
- New potatoes - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Celery - 2 stems
- Parsley - 0,5 beam
- Radish - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes in a uniform until tender and cut into large pieces.
Separately boil the eggs and dice them together with celery.
Mix sour cream, crushed garlic and spices to taste, and season the salad.
Decorate it on top with parsley and grated radish on a coarse grater.
