Such a bowl can be served as in the photo – when all the ingredients are put together, but separately from each other. Or you can mix it up – and it will be a more familiar salad with beef and vegetables. Both options are good in their own way.

- Beef - 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Red cabbage - 200 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the beef and fry until tender.
Add the chopped garlic, chili and soy sauce, and fry for a couple more minutes.
Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots and cut the cherry into halves.
Put all the ingredients in deep bowls and sprinkle the sesame salad.
