This recipe differs from the usual recipes with lentils, because it contains sprouts, not boiled legumes. I advise you to add other sprouted cereals to your taste. And complement all this with spinach, mushrooms and goat cheese.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Goat cheese - 100 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sprouted mash - 2 handfuls
- Lentils (sprouted) – 2 handfuls
- Sprouted wheat - 2 handfuls
- Sprouted buckwheat - 2 handfuls
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry on both sides.
Chop the greens and goat cheese, add spinach and sprouts, and mix everything.
Add crushed garlic and chopped parsley to the salad. Season with olive oil.
