Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 150 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Red cabbage - 100 g
- Carrots - half
- Pine nuts - handful
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Cut the Peking cabbage into large pieces, chop the red cabbage into strips.
Mix both types of cabbage, fish, carrots and pine nuts.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil. Gently mix the salad with tongs.
