In summer I often cook zucchini rolls. And every time I come up with new options for fillings. In this recipe I used a win-win combination of cottage cheese, sour cream and garlic. I also advise you to try it with cream cheese, herbs and hummus.
Ingredients
- Young zucchini - 4 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 120 ml
- Flour - 150 g
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Using a vegetable peeler, cut the zucchini into thin long slices.
Sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and mix.
In small batches, roll the zucchini plates in flour and fry in hot oil for 1 minute on each side.
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and garlic passed through the press.
Put a little filling on one edge of the fried zucchini and roll it up. Repeat the steps with the remaining blanks.
