Different variations of hot dogs can be found all over the world. And I really like these regional recipes, because each of them has its own zest. Today I am happy to share with you my favorite recipe for a spicy Mexican hot dog.
Ingredients
- Bun - 8 pieces
- Sausages - 6 pieces
- Cheddar Cheese (grated) – 1.5 glasses
- Jalapeno (pickled) – 8 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Wine vinegar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 5 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the avocado pulp with a fork. Add chopped chili, cilantro, half a finely chopped onion and lime juice.
Add half the oil and season to taste.
Finely dice tomatoes, remaining onion, hot red pepper, and season too. Add the remaining oil and wine vinegar.
Fry the sausages to taste.
Slice the buns, lay out the guacamole, sausages and tomato salsa.
Sprinkle with grated cheddar and chopped pickled jalapenos.
