Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel the seeds and cut into strips.
Peel and chop the onion.
Grate the carrots on a special grater and place them in a bowl.
Add ground pepper, garlic passed through the press and hot oil. Stir and set aside for 5 minutes.
Mix the bell pepper, onion and carrot. Add vinegar, salt and sesame seeds.
Stir, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
