Prepare porcini mushrooms, chop and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.

Put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse.

Chop the chicken fillet and peeled onion.

Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.

Add the fillets and cook for another 10 minutes.

Separately in a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.

Add salt, pepper, milk and simmer for 5 minutes. The sauce should be homogeneous and slightly thick.

In a frying pan with fillets, add mushrooms and simmer all together for 10 minutes.

Arrange the workpiece in pots, pour the milk sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
