Delicious salad for a healthy snack. You can cook with salmon, trout, salmon or any other red fish. Depending on how salty it is, you will need more or less salt. I prefer not to add it at all.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Capers - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Peel the purple onion from the husk, cut into feathers and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix salad mix, red fish, onion and capers.
Add salt, ground pepper, oil and mix gently.
