- Cream - 250 ml
- Milk - 250 ml
- Egg yolks - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Vanillin (black) – on the tip of the knife
- Activated charcoal - 10 tablets
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the yolks with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
In a small saucepan, mix milk and cream, warm up to 45 degrees.
Continuing to beat the yolks, pour in a thin stream of the milk-cream mixture.
Boil everything together for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Rub the activated carbon tablets into dust.
Pour the black powder into the main mass and mix.
Cool to room temperature, put in a prepared mold and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 2 hours, we recommend taking the ice cream out of the freezer every 30-40 minutes and beating it with a mixer.
