Do you like unusual curiosities? Then be sure to try lilac ice cream! It sounds just incredible, but in fact it will not be difficult to cook it at home. The main thing is to collect flowers in some really clean place away from the roads.

Wash, sort and dry 4 lilac inflorescences. Cut off the flowers.

Mix 100 g of sugar, milk, cream, almonds, and bring to a boil.

Put the lilac flowers into the mixture, mix and put them in the refrigerator for a day.

Grind the mass with a blender or strain - to taste.

Add the maple syrup, whisk the mixture and send it to the freezer.

Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours.
