Ingredients
- Sugar - 100 g
- Almond petals - 80 g
- Milk - 260 ml
- Cream (33%) – 250 ml
- Maple syrup - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash, sort and dry 4 lilac inflorescences. Cut off the flowers.
Mix 100 g of sugar, milk, cream, almonds, and bring to a boil.
Put the lilac flowers into the mixture, mix and put them in the refrigerator for a day.
Grind the mass with a blender or strain - to taste.
Add the maple syrup, whisk the mixture and send it to the freezer.
Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours.
